(1) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the record processed by electronic means or prescribed by the Development Department can be taken as evidence, unless proven otherwise. (2) Other arrangements related to receiving, analyzing or processing the details and data of records as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
